# Astralagus > One Markdown instruction file to help users get more useful work from their Astra allowance. Astralagus v0.1 is a free, experimental coding-agent workflow. A user reads or copies the file into an Astra task; no installation, account, API key, or local service is required. It encourages bounded delegation to suitable models, compact evidence, reuse of valid findings, and appropriate verification. It does not change a provider's usage limits. The landing page's "double" wording is a playful aspiration, not a measured benchmark result. Results depend on the task and host capabilities. This index describes the site; the actual opt-in instructions are in astralagus.md. The home page also supports Accept: text/markdown. All resources below are public and require no JavaScript. ## Start here - [Astralagus instructions](https://astralagus.dev/astralagus.md): The complete file to read and adopt for a task. - [Home page in Markdown](https://astralagus.dev/index.md): The same introduction and download links as the visual page. - [Download astralagus.md](https://astralagus.dev/download/astralagus.md): An attachment containing the identical instruction file. ## Optional - [Full text](https://astralagus.dev/llms-full.txt): Introduction plus the complete instructions in one response. - [Markdown sitemap](https://astralagus.dev/sitemap.md): A compact map of these resources. - [License](https://astralagus.dev/license.txt): MIT license for the project.
